This Privacy Policy applies to services operated by Evidari (collectively, the “Services”). It does not apply to third-party products or services that have their own privacy notices.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:

• Account and contact information, such as your name, email address, account credentials, and communications with us.
• Information you provide, including content, preferences, responses, files, and health or wellness information you choose to submit.
• Device and usage information, such as browser type, device type, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, pages viewed, referring pages, and dates and times of activity.
• Information from connected services, when you choose to connect another product, account, or device and authorize it to share information with Evidari.

We collect information directly from you, automatically when you use the Services, and from services you connect or other sources you direct to provide information to us.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to provide and personalize the Services; operate accounts; respond to support and privacy requests; maintain safety and security; detect misuse; understand and improve performance; communicate about the Services; comply with law; and enforce our agreements.

We may create aggregated or de-identified information and use it for lawful purposes. We will not attempt to re-identify information that we maintain as de-identified, except where permitted to test our de-identification methods.

4. How we disclose information

We may disclose personal information:

• to vendors that process information for us, such as hosting, data storage, security, communications, customer support, and analytics providers;
• to services or people you direct us to interact with;
• when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or secure the Services;
• in connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections; and
• with your consent or as otherwise described when the information is collected.

We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not use consumer health data for targeted advertising.

5. Your choices and rights

You may update certain account information through the Services and disconnect connected services through available settings. You may also ask to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Rights vary by location, and some exceptions may apply.

To submit a privacy request, email privacy@evidari.ai. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, subject to verification of their authority.

6. Retention and security

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Retention periods depend on the type of information and why we hold it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our Services or legal obligations change. We will post the updated policy here and revise the effective date. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice when required.
