Evidari provides informational and software-based features that may help you organize, understand, or act on information. Features may change over time, and some may be identified as beta, preview, or experimental.
Evidari does not provide medical advice. The Services are for informational purposes and are not a substitute for professional medical judgment, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified health care professional. If you may be experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
3. Accounts
You agree to provide accurate information, protect your account credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity through your account to the extent permitted by law.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Services to violate law or others’ rights; harm, deceive, harass, or exploit another person; introduce malicious code; interfere with security or operation; access accounts or data without authorization; scrape or reverse engineer the Services except where the restriction is prohibited by law; or use outputs as the sole basis for a high-impact medical or other consequential decision.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of information and content you submit. You grant Evidari a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Services and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the rights needed to provide your content.
6. Evidari materials and feedback
The Services, including their software, design, text, and branding, are owned by Evidari or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Subject to these Terms, Evidari gives you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Services. If you provide feedback, we may use it without restriction or compensation to you.
7. Third-party services and disclaimers
The Services may link to or interoperate with third-party products. Evidari does not control and is not responsible for those products or their terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Evidari disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, or that information or outputs will always be accurate or suitable for your needs.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evidari and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to the Services. Evidari’s total liability for claims relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Evidari for the Services during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or US $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. These Terms do not limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Suspension, termination, and changes
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the Services or others, respond to legal requirements, or address a material violation of these Terms. We may update these Terms and will post the revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
